1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings made via our website, phone, or email are subject to availability.
• A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or SMS with the booking details.
• It is your responsibility to provide accurate information (pickup address, date, time, contact number, etc.) at the time of booking.

2. Pricing & Payments

• All prices displayed on our website are in INR (₹) and are subject to change without notice.
• Pricing may vary based on car type, location, duration, and seasonal demand.
• Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.
• We accept payment through secure online gateways, UPI, bank transfers, or cash (as per available options).

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations by customer must be made at least 24 hours before the pickup time for a full refund.
• If canceled within 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply or the advance may be forfeited.
• Cancellations by company due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., vehicle breakdown, extreme weather) will be communicated promptly, and a full refund will be issued if applicable.

4. Service Usage

• You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes.
• Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be chargeable.

5. Delays & Liability

• We strive to be punctual, but we are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or force majeure.
• We do not take responsibility for any loss or damage to your personal belongings during the ride.
• In case of mechanical failure or unavoidable circumstances, an alternative arrangement will be attempted.

6. Driver Conduct

• All our drivers are verified and trained to ensure your safety and comfort.
• If you face any issue with a driver’s conduct, please report it immediately via call or email.
• Misbehavior with our staff or drivers may result in cancellation of service without refund.

7. Modifications to Services

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or feature without prior notice.
• Offers and discounts are subject to terms and can be changed or withdrawn at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, text, graphics, images, and software is the property of Rahul Tour and Travels and protected by applicable copyright laws.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amritsar, Punjab.
